Noninvasive Therapeutic Approaches for Laryngeal Dystonia: A Scoping Review
Noninvasive treatments for laryngeal dystonia—including voice therapy, GABAergic modulators, neuromodulation, and complementary therapies—showed limited clinical benefit across 25 studies, with improvements generally small and short-lived. Neuromodulatory approaches showed the most promise but remain constrained by small samples and heterogeneous study designs.
